In this concentrated time together Josh will meet individually for the hour with each person weekly AND 60 minutes as a couple collectively.
This package includes 48 sessions in 16 weeks (4 months!). This Ongoing Experience is Essential for All Couples including those Dating, Engaged, Married and those in Crisis.
The Immersive Coaching Experience will Provide Access to the Following Opportunities:
Individual Sessions will provide the opportunities to explore individual stories and personal beliefs. This may include childhood experiences and discussions around family of origin, fears, desires and expectations. This is very helpful to gain clarity of personal perspectives and understanding from the individual's point of view.
Couples Sessions include work together uncovering patterns and learning in developing new skills that will help improve personal awareness, communication, and development that will help make room for hope and healing.
Intensives are designed as a concentrated time together in person to learn from one another and to make greater room for hope and healing. This experiece is interactive and curated for greater learning and to grow together.
The Meal Together is designated as a time to sit down together without the concentrated work required. This is a time to rest with ease and to become more familiar with safety and to make room for new memories together.

Adolescents and Young Adults Family Counseling
